The company runs immersive laser arena experiences requiring heightened data protection standards due to minor participation.

3.2 Booking & Membership Information
Booking records, membership plans, and attendance logs. Payment card information is processed exclusively by third-party providers and is not stored internally.
3.3 Gameplay & Technical Information
Player identifiers, team assignments, gameplay metrics, and equipment interaction data.
3.4 Safety, Security & Incident Information
CCTV footage, incident reports, and safety records.
4. Children and Parental Consent
Children require the prior, express, and informed consent of a Parent or Guardian. Parents acknowledge the physical nature of our activities and consent to the associated data collection on behalf of their child. We do not target children in marketing or commercially exploit their data.
5. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
We process data to support arena operation, booking management, player safety monitoring, incident investigation, legal compliance, and marketing communications where valid consent has been given.
6. Surveillance, Images and Recordings
CCTV monitors our premises, and participation in activities may result in incidental recording. Recordings may be disclosed to insurers, legal advisers, or authorities where required by law.
7. Data Sharing
Data may be shared with technology providers, payment processors, insurers, auditors, and authorities when legally mandated. We do not sell personal data.
8. Data Retention
We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, legal, safety, or insurance purposes before it is securely deleted or anonymized.
