Participants acknowledge they agree to be legally bound by accepting these terms, the privacy framework, and all safety directives upon booking or entering the facility.

Adults aged 18+ may participate independently. Minors require written consent and supervision of a Parent or Guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf.

Activities feature high levels of physical movement, running, sudden directional changes, low-light environments, obstacles, wearable equipment, and competitive gameplay. Participants voluntarily accept inherent risks including injury, collision, falls, and strain.

Participants confirm physical and medical suitability and lack conditions aggravated by exertion, flashing lights, or competitive stress. Parents confirm this on behalf of minors.

Compliance with safety protocols and staff guidance is mandatory. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

All gear belongs to the facility. Users bear responsibility for damage from misuse or intentional misconduct.

Bookings and memberships are non-refundable except where required by applicable UAE law. Late arrivals may forfeit participation without compensation.

Participation may involve recording per our Privacy Policy, with marketing use requiring your consent.

The facility is not liable for injury or damage except from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Users agree to protect the facility against claims arising from violations of these terms, equipment misuse, or breaches of safety rules.

Management reserves the authority to deny access for safety or conduct concerns.

UAE law governs these terms, with the courts of Dubai having exclusive jurisdiction.
