By booking, entering the premises, or participating in any X DISTRIKT activity, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all safety instructions.
X DISTRIKT activities involve high levels of physical movement, running, sudden directional changes, low-light environments, obstacles, wearable equipment, and competitive gameplay.
You expressly acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including injury, collision, falls, physical strain, and equipment-related incidents, and you voluntarily assume all such inherent risks.
You confirm that you are physically and medically fit to participate and do not suffer from any condition that may be aggravated by physical exertion, flashing lights, or competitive stress.
Parents confirm the same on behalf of Children.
Players must comply with all safety rules, staff instructions, and equipment requirements.
Physical contact, reckless conduct, equipment misuse, or rule violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
All equipment remains the property of X DISTRIKT. Players are responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse or intentional misconduct.
Bookings and memberships are non-refundable except where required by applicable UAE law. Late arrivals may forfeit participation without refund.
Participation may result in photographic or video recording in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Marketing use requires consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, X DISTRIKT shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify X DISTRIKT against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of equipment, or violation of safety rules.
X DISTRIKT reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate participation for safety, misconduct, or non-compliance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE and the Emirate of Dubai. Dubai Courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
